10 Health Laws That Made Me Healthy Again

Nowadays it seems like nearly everyone is suffering from some kind of disease.  Every other person seems to complain of aches and pains. We are living in a sick world.  People are suffering.  Ten years ago, I was suffering too.  I was diagnosed with a very severe case of Rheumatory Arthritis.  I began to do research and after some time I discovered 10 Health Laws that made me healthy again.

 

My Story

Soon after I graduated University, I began to experience unusual pains.  One of my fingers began to ache, but I didn’t pay much attention to it, and my shoulder began to hurt at night as well.  I started to look at it more seriously, since I couldn’t sleep well, and the pain kept waking me up.  That’s when I decided to go and visit a doctor.

It was right on my 27th birthday that a nurse called me and would not tell me what’s wrong over the phone, but insisted I see my doctor in person.  That’s when I was diagnosed with Rheumatory Arthritis.

At this point, my health began spiraling quite rapidly.  I was in constant pain and it kept growing.  The disease moved to my elbows, my hands, wrists, knees, ankles and feet.  My fingers swelled up so badly that I was not able to open my hands all the way.  Soon I was unable to hold a glass of water, button a button or put socks on.  Simple walking became painful and it was a living nightmare.

I was put on Sulfasalazine, a sulfur drug, and Mobic, a type of painkiller.  The Sulfasalazine made me vomit and kept giving me headaches and Mobic didn’t seem to work much either.  I was in pain all the time, crippled and dependent on other people to help me with the simplest things.

After a period of serious depression, I began to pray and search for a solution.  I kept refusing to believe that my life will end in a wheelchair with gnarly hands.  There was a glimmer of hope that kept refusing to die. God heard and blessed my research.

 

The Way Out

Overall, it took me four years to become healthy again. It included  lot of research, prayer, faith and not giving up when things weren’t working as expected.  It also involved changing my lifestyle, diet and a lot of my habits. I realized that there are 10 health laws that, when implemented not only would lead to healthier life, but also to a full recovery.

My recovery was 100% natural.  Five months after the diagnosis I took myself off of Sulfasalazine.  I wanted to get off Mobic as well, but my pain was still too great. I did taper it off during the course of the four years, and was finally able to drop it completely.

Also, I didn’t know anything about supplements, such as Turmeric, which helps reduce inflammation. My recovery came straight from changing my diet and lifestyle. It became clear to me that diet and lifestyle were directly linked to my getting sick.  I removed the cause of the disease and I began to get better.

The Health Laws

The Health Laws are very easy.

They are easy because they don’t require any special arrangements.  You can begin to live by them anytime: no appointments, no waiting in line, no stress.  Also, they are virtually free, except for the food, which you buy anyway.

Many people see them as difficult because they sound too easy and too cheap.  “Are you about to tell me that something as simple as going outside and breathing fresh air can help me get well again? No way, there’s got to be a catch, nothing is for free that’s effective”.  I have heard it many times.

Some believe that if something doesn’t cost a substantial amount of money it is considered not very effective, perhaps faulty, or unreliable. In this case, however it is virtually free and effective: in four years I was able to live without drugs and painkillers again, and was free from pain and swelling.  I was also able to be active physically again and enjoy life!

The Health Laws are easy because they encourage a positive change in your lifestyle, diet, habits and attitude.  Sadly, many people prefer to indulge their appetites and disease causing habits, and stay sick and on drugs, rather than live a healthy, happy, pain and drug free life. It’s a lot easier than you think to make the choice to be healthy.

Here are the Health Laws in a nutshell.

1. Food

-Accepting a delicious, fully plant based diet, free from meat and dairy or products that may contain it, which means eating simply, minimally processed food that doesn’t come from a can or a box. Additionally, green smoothies and daily juicing is highly important.

2. Water

-Drinking the right amount of  life giving water each day, and avoiding anything that leaches water out of the body, such as caffeine or alcohol.

3. Sleep

-Proper amount of refreshing sleep, and at the right time.

4. Fresh Air

-Spending time outside and breathing in fresh air as much as possible.

5. Exercise

-The old saying ‘if you don’t use it you lose it’ was a motto for me in my recovery.

6. Sunshine

-Sun baths in moderate quantities at the right time of the day.

7. Self Control

-This means having self control, and staying clear from harmful and addictive substances such as cigarettes, drugs, alcohol or caffeine.

8. The Right Attitude

-Having a grateful and forgiving heart, and getting rid of negative emotions and attitudes.

9. Selflessness

-You’ll be surprised how not having “it’s not all about me” attitude can change your health.

10. Trust in God

-These Health Laws are a free gift from God to people.  God promises us health if we keep all his commandments, and that includes His Health Laws.  But one must trust that what He says is true, and that He will do what He promises.  Without trust in God, this whole plan becomes non-effective.
